What the Baseline covers
AI Discoverability · Marketing Advisory · Fractional Leadership

Growth starts with being discovered. The playbook just changed.

Buyers now ask AI models for a shortlist before your sales team ever hears their name. SEO got you found by search engines. Showing up in AI answers takes a different playbook. Pivot AI Global helps emerging BPOs and B2B service providers get discovered, then builds the marketing engine behind the story.

What we do

One practice. Three questions.

Pivot AI Global is fractional marketing leadership for emerging BPOs and B2B service providers. Everything we build answers one of three questions.

01 · Discoverability

Will buyers find you?

The first challenge any services company should be working on. Buyers now ask AI models for a shortlist before your sales team ever hears their name. You are either in the answer or you are invisible. We measure exactly where you stand, then fix it.

02 · Lead generation & growth

Are you setting the meetings you need?

Discoverability gets you found. Demand generation turns it into pipeline: the right segments, the right message, and an outbound and referral engine that books qualified meetings efficiently instead of burning spend on volume.

03 · AI efficiency

Where should AI lead?

Modern marketing is two hundred tasks. We decompose the function into the work AI agents do best, the work where AI augments people, and the work humans still drive, then build the orchestration layer that ties it all together.

03 · Where AI should lead · The thesis

Marketing decomposed. Two hundred tasks across the modern marketing function.

130AI-suitable tasks 55Human-judgment tasks 15Orchestration layer

Each dot is a real task drawn from running modern marketing functions. The color shows where the work goes today: ready for an agent, still requiring human judgment, or part of the connective tissue that holds the function together.

How we work

Four ways to engage. One operating model.

  • i. Fractional Leadership

Embedded as a part-time CMO or marketing leader, typically 2 to 3 days a week for three to twelve months. The right fit for founder-led BPOs and B2B services firms, usually between $10M and $100M in revenue, where go-to-market still sits with the founder and the business has outgrown that.

  • ii. Strategic Advisory

Ongoing partnership with a CEO, founder, or board, structured around the questions that actually move the business. Roughly one day a week of senior judgment, with deliverables when they’re useful and direct conversation when they’re not.

  • iii. Decomposition Workshops

Fixed-scope engagement to map your marketing function task by task, identify which work is ready for AI agents today, and design the orchestration layer that holds it together. Output is a working playbook and model your team can use on Monday.

  • iv. Channel and Ecosystem Partnerships

For technology vendors and platforms selling into the BPO and CX market. We help you build the channel story, the partner motion, and the go-to-market that reaches emerging providers the enterprise playbook misses.

About

Built by an operator, not a consultant.

Pivot AI Global is led by Andrew Kokes, who brings more than twenty years of executive marketing leadership in the global business process services industry. He spent the most recent twelve years as Chief Marketing Officer of HGS, a global technology and business process services company with operations across ten countries, where he led the brand transformation from traditional BPO to AI-driven Intelligent Experience services, replaced agency spend with internal AI operations, and built the demand generation, sales enablement, and ABM programs across multiple practice areas.

The decade before that he led marketing for another global BPO through private equity investment, multiple mergers and acquisitions, and several changes of executive leadership. That career was spent watching the same pattern: the largest providers own the analyst quadrants, the publisher lists, and now the AI-generated answers. The emerging providers doing the most interesting work are invisible at the exact moment buyers go looking.

Pivot AI Global exists to close that gap for emerging BPOs and B2B service providers repositioning for AI-driven growth. The work is hands-on, the engagements are short by design, and the deliverable is always a marketing function that runs better after we leave than it did before.

Thinking

The case for clarity.

The New Clarity Imperative: You Cannot Optimize Your Way to a Point of View

In a world where nearly 4 in 10 product discovery queries start in AI interfaces, brand clarity is no longer a creative virtue. It is a technical requirement. On why the foundational work has to come first. And what happens when it doesn’t.

Questions worth asking

What buyers actually want to know.

What does a fractional CMO actually do versus a full-time hire?

A fractional CMO holds the strategic marketing leadership without the full-time overhead. The work is embedded. Same decisions, same accountability, same output, compressed into two or three days a week. The difference is not what gets done. It’s what it costs to get there.

How is Pivot AI Global different from a marketing agency?

Agencies execute. Pivot AI Global operates. We don’t take production retainers or build campaigns on behalf of clients. We embed as fractional leadership, help companies build the internal capability and clarity they need, and leave before we become a dependency.

What kinds of companies work with Pivot AI Global?

Founder-led and emerging BPOs, typically $10M to $100M in revenue, where the CEO is still the de facto head of marketing. Mid-sized CX and B2B services providers repositioning for AI. PE-backed services portfolio companies that need operator-level marketing leadership, not an agency retainer. And technology vendors building a channel into the BPO market.

What is Brand Bedrock and why does it matter for AI discoverability?

Brand Bedrock is a five-part methodology that forces the decisions most leadership teams have been deferring: who you’re built for, what you’ll never become, and what makes you genuinely different from every alternative. The companies showing up in AI-generated answers are the ones that have made it easy for a machine to understand exactly who they are. That’s not a technical problem. It’s a clarity problem.

What does the Decomposition Workshop produce?

A working playbook that maps your marketing function task by task: what’s ready for AI agents today, what still requires human judgment, and how the orchestration layer ties them together. It’s a 90-minute session followed by a one-week deliverable. The goal is something your team can use on Monday.

What does the first 90 days with Pivot AI Global look like?

Your leadership team can answer three questions without looking at a slide deck: who you’re for, what you make possible, what you’ll never become. Your messaging is built on buyer language. Your website is written for AI discoverability. And you have a positioning statement an AI model can summarize accurately the first time it encounters your brand.

Does my company show up when buyers ask AI for an outsourcing shortlist?

Probably not, and that’s the point. Our analysis of the prompts real buying committees use shows the same handful of mega-providers appearing in eight to ten of every ten AI-generated answers. Inclusion is driven by publisher list placement, analyst citations, named AI products, content depth, and review density. None of those require scale. They require clarity and a deliberate plan. That’s the first thing we assess in any engagement. If you want the answer for your own company, the Discoverability Baseline delivers it in two business days: how you surface against three competitors you name, with evidence and first moves. Your first one is complimentary.

Let’s talk.

If you run an emerging BPO or B2B services firm and your buyers are finding everyone but you, that’s the conversation. Same if you’re repositioning for AI, building an AI-native marketing function, or figuring out where the orchestration layer should sit.
