What this site is
Pivot AI Global publishes research, rankings, and commentary on the outsourcing industry, and offers advisory services including the Discoverability Baseline. The content here is analysis and opinion, offered for general information. It is not legal, financial, or investment advice.
How the rankings work
The Pivot Path rankings and lists on this site are independent editorial work. Companies are evaluated against a published methodology using publicly available evidence. No company pays to be ranked, and no company can pay to change a rank. Rankings reflect our judgment at the time of publication and can change as the evidence does.
Sponsorships
Some pages carry sponsor placements. They are clearly labeled as such, and sponsorship buys visibility on the page. It never buys a rank, a mention in the editorial content, or a change to the methodology.
The complimentary Baseline
The first Discoverability Baseline for a company is offered at no charge, one per company, scoped and scheduled at our discretion. The offer can change or end at any time. A delivered Baseline is analysis for the recipient's own use.
Our content
The content on this site — text, rankings, methodology, graphics, and reports — belongs to Pivot AI Global, LLC. You are welcome to quote it with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, present our rankings as your own, or use our name or marks to imply endorsement without written permission.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided as is. I work to keep everything accurate and current, and I correct errors when they are found, but I make no warranties about completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and the site may be unavailable from time to time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pivot AI Global, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
