About

The firm for companies that need to be found.

Pivot AI Global is a B2B marketing practice for emerging business process outsourcers and service providers. Buyers search and receive AI-generated answers long before they’re ready to build their shortlist. We do the work that gets you in both.

The team

Executive experience, layered onto your team.

We pair executive-level marketing leadership with the operators you already have. Your team keeps running the work. We bring the position, the evidence, and the system for publishing it.

Andrew Kokes, Chief Marketing Adviser and Founder of Pivot AI Global

Chief Marketing Adviser & Founder

Andrew Kokes

More than twenty years of executive marketing leadership in global business process services. Twelve of them as Chief Marketing Officer of HGS, a technology and business process services company operating across ten countries, leading the brand transformation from traditional BPO to AI-driven Intelligent Experience services, replacing agency spend with internal AI operations, and building demand generation, sales enablement and ABM across multiple practice areas.

Marketing lead for global PE-backed BPOs through mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and multiple changes of executive leadership.

Andrew delivers:
The brand bedrock positioning: identifying and packaging the claim a company makes, and the evidence a stranger can check.
The Pivot Path: the rankings, and the eight published dimensions they run on.
Lyssa Myska Zotlen, Head of Discoverability Operations at Pivot AI Global

Head of Discoverability Operations

Lyssa Myska Zotlen

A marketing discoverability expert who has worked with some of the largest BPOs in the world to grow their visibility. At Pivot AI Global she runs discoverability as an operation: the panel of buyer questions we put to the answer engines, the cycles that score how a client shows up against named competitors, and the fixes that ensure the client gets found, measured and reported as we update the client’s site.

The Pivot methodology creates a measure for our program that the client can hold us to, week after week.

Lyssa delivers:
The discoverability panel: the buyer questions put to the answer engines.
The cycles: how a client shows up against named competitors, scored.
The fix: the changes we make to raise the client’s scores and get them discovered.

The work is hands-on, the engagements are short by design, and the deliverable is a marketing function that runs better after we leave than it did before.

Why this exists

The playbook has changed.

For twenty years the route onto a shortlist ran through the analyst quadrants, the publisher lists, and a relationship with the right advisor. All of that still exists. It is simply no longer where the evaluation begins.

It begins with a search and an AI-generated answer. Those systems read what is published, structured, and checkable. A provider can have the better track record and still be absent from the answer, because the evidence for it was never put anywhere a model could read.

That gap is structural rather than creative, and it closes the same way every time: a clear position, evidence a stranger can verify, and the discipline to publish it where buyers and models both look.

How we work

Four ways to engage. One operating model.

  • Fractional leadership

Embedded as a part-time CMO or marketing leader, typically two to three days a week for three to twelve months. The right fit for founder-led firms between $10M and $100M in revenue where go-to-market still sits with the founder.

  • Strategic advisory

Ongoing partnership with a CEO, founder or board, structured around the questions that move the business. Roughly one day a week of senior judgment, with deliverables when they are useful and direct conversation when they are not.

  • Decomposition workshops

Fixed-scope engagement to map a marketing function task by task, identify what is ready for AI agents today, and design the orchestration layer that holds it together. The output is a playbook a team can use on Monday.

  • Channel and ecosystem partnerships

For technology vendors and platforms selling into the BPO and CX market. We build the channel story, the partner motion, and the go-to-market that reaches emerging providers the enterprise playbook misses.

What we publish

We rank this industry the same way AI reads it.

Pivot AI Global publishes the Pivot Path, a series of evidence-scored rankings of emerging outsourcers: the flagship IPO 25, the Trust & Safety 10, and the LPO 11, with more each quarter.

Every list runs on the same eight published dimensions, every score traces to a source a reader can check, and no company can pay for placement or position. Sponsors sit beside the rankings and are labeled wherever they appear.

It is the clearest statement of how we think this category should be judged, and it is the reason buyers and honorees both take the call.
