The emerging BPO segment finally has a ranking: The IPO 25 names the outsourcers leading the shift to Intelligent Process Outsourcing
An annual, evidence-based list of independent outsourcers under 5,000 people leading the shift from selling seats to delivering AI-driven outcomes.
June 30, 2026
Pivot AI Global today published The IPO 25, an annual ranking of the emerging business process outsourcers making the transition to Intelligent Process Outsourcing: the move from labor arbitrage to measured outcomes delivered with AI in production.
For years, industry coverage has focused on the same 50 global providers. The IPO 25 looks below that line, at independent firms under 5,000 people building their operating models around AI. Some are established operators rebuilding from the inside. Others were born AI-native, unencumbered by legacy and led by technologists, accelerating the move to outcome-based delivery and keeping humans in the loop where judgment adds value. Many of them are unknown outside their own client base, which is exactly the point.
"The best emerging operators lose deals to bigger names for one reason. Nobody credible ever wrote their name down. This fixes that. The companies on this list aren't promising AI on a roadmap. They have it in production, and they can show the evidence."
The list is scored against a published methodology of eight weighted dimensions, including AI deployment depth, outcome accountability, governance, and workforce health. Inclusion is based on verified evidence, not vendor claims. Unlike rankings built on paid subscriptions and vendor briefings, the IPO 25 takes no money from the companies it evaluates. The methodology is the only way on.
Alongside the flagship 25, The IPO 25 names three vertical lists recognizing standout performers in retail and seasonal peak operations, healthcare revenue cycle and AI compliance, and financial services compliance and fraud operations.
"Congratulations to the companies that finished first. InDebted topped both the flagship list and financial services, Horatio led retail, and Prochant led healthcare. None of them are household names yet, and that is exactly the gap this list exists to close. After launch, the market gets to see what their clients already knew."
The full ranking, the scoring methodology, and an interactive view of how the companies compare are available at pivotaiglobal.com/ipo25.
The list is also open to nominations. The hardest part of building it was finding the companies, since many of the best emerging operators are genuinely well-kept secrets, difficult to discover even when you go looking. If you think a company belongs on the list and isn't, tell us. Nominate any company through the form at pivotaiglobal.com/ipo25 and it goes straight into the next review. The list gets better when people participate, and more of the right operators get found.
